1. General

  1. The online store at https://purrthru.myshopify.com is operated by the owner of the Purr Thru brand (“we”, “the Seller”). Contact: our contact form.
  2. These terms govern orders, payment, delivery, refunds and warranty. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase in your country and accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

  1. The Purr Thru arch is a self-grooming and play station for cats: a plastic frame on a rubber base with removable brushes and pom-poms. It does not use water and is not a veterinary or medical product; how much loose hair it collects depends on the cat. Product photos are illustrative; small differences in colour, shape and brush layout are normal and are not a defect.
  2. The “+30 days of guarantee (60 days in total)” is an optional service that extends the money-back period of the order it is bought with (see the Refund policy); nothing is shipped for it.
  3. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Import duties and taxes are not included (see the Shipping policy).
  4. We may change prices, start or end promotions and withdraw products; this does not affect orders already placed. When we announce a price reduction in the EU, we state the lowest price of the previous 30 days. The crossed-out price of a bundle shows what the same number of single items costs at the regular price.
  5. Bundle discounts (for example “extra 12% off” on 2 items) are already included in the bundle price and cannot be combined with other offers. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

3. Orders and payment

  1. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout.
  2. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
  3. We may limit the quantity per order and refuse or cancel any order before it ships, with a full refund.

5. Refunds and warranty

6. Use and liability

  1. Use the arch only as described: assembled as shown, on a flat, dry floor indoors, for cats. Check the brushes, pom-poms and cords from time to time and replace or remove worn or chewed parts; do not let your pet swallow small parts. Supervise kittens and pets that tend to chew. Clean the base and the removable brushes with water and let them dry; no dishwasher, no heat.
  2. Every cat is different: some use the arch at once, others after a few days, some not at all. We do not promise that your cat will use it or how much hair it will remove.
  3. You use the product at your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or from use contrary to these terms.
  4. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure or incorrect data supplied by the buyer.
  5. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  6. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) or the rights consumers have under mandatory laws of their country of residence.

7. Content and reviews

All store content (texts, photos, videos, logo) belongs to the Seller and may not be copied without permission. By publishing a review, photo or comment about our products you grant us a free licence to use it in the store’s materials.

8. Final provisions

  1. We may change these terms at any time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  3. These terms are governed by the law of the Seller’s country of establishment (an EU member state), without prejudice to the protection consumers enjoy under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
