Questions, answered

What does Purr Thru do?

It combines brushing, massage and play in one spot. When your cat rubs against the brushes, they help remove loose hair while it enjoys a pleasant massage.

Will my cat use it without being scared?

Most cats find it easy to approach and try. Put it near your cat's usual spot and let it discover it at its own pace. Some cats use it right away, others need a few days — and many end up making it one of their favourite corners.

How big is it?

37 × 29 × 33 cm (14.6 × 11.4 × 13 in) with a 37 × 29 cm base. The opening is about 14 cm (5.5 in) wide, with 14–15 cm (5.5–6 in) of space up to the top brush. Compact and made for regular-size cats; larger breeds brush against the brushes a bit more, which is part of the grooming.

Does it use water?

No. There's no water and no bath — your cat simply walks through and rubs against the brushes.

Can I wash it?

Yes. The base is washable and the brushes come off, so you can remove the collected hair and rinse them with water. Let them dry before you put them back.

Is it hard to assemble?

No — it takes less than 2 minutes and no tools: click the frame into the base, hang the brushes, done.

When will I get it?

Orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days and then arrive in about 6 to 9 business days, depending on where you live, with free tracked shipping. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.

What if it's not for us?

You're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: contact us within 30 days of delivery and send it back clean, complete and in its original packaging for a refund of its price. If it arrives faulty, we replace it. Details in our refund policy.

What is the +30 days guarantee?

An optional extra for 20,00 zł: it extends the money-back guarantee of your order from 30 to 60 days after delivery, on the same conditions. Add it next to the bundles or in your cart (one per order).

What is shipping protection?

An optional extra for 16,00 zł, added to your cart by default — you can switch it off there before checkout: if your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged in transit, we send a new one or refund you.

Set it up in seconds. Forget about the hair.

Your cat does the rest — every time it walks through.
